Every team member here was chosen not just for expertise, but for the depth of care they bring to their work.

Maryam Garba
Founder · Creative Director · Lead Strategist
Maryam Garba built Whispering Codes on a rare overlap: a decade working across traditional publishing, editorial consultancy, and bespoke web development. She's the connective tissue of the studio equally fluent in manuscript feedback and UX architecture, which gives Whispering Codes its distinctive dual soul.
Before founding the studio, Maryam worked as a developmental editor, a WordPress consultant, and a brand strategist for creative entrepreneurs. She holds a degree in English Literature and a postgraduate qualification in Digital Design & Software Engineering which is the unusual pairing that still defines everything the studio produces.
