We offer a full range of reading and editing services designed to help authors bring their stories to life with clarity, style, and professionalism. Whether you’re preparing for self-publishing or querying agents, we provide expert support at every stage of the writing process — from crafting compelling blurbs to in-depth developmental edits.
TURNAROUND TIMES
The turnaround time for each literary service is generally four weeks, depending on which service you book and your word count. Extra time may be needed for manuscripts longer than 80,000 words. Some services, such as graphics packages, may have shorter turnaround times.
Package services with multiple layers of editing/proofing and graphics have an overall longer turnaround time. The spacing of services included in our packages and turnaround times will be discussed and set in your Literary Services Agreement. If revisions are allowed, these will be agreed upon before confirming each piece of work and clearly stated in your agreement.
RUSH FEE
If you need your work turned around quicker than the standard turnaround times, a minimum 10% rush fee will be added to your invoice. Rush fees are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
If the rush fee is less than $25, a flat rate of $25 will be charged. Please discuss the deadline you are working toward with us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and inform you of your project’s rush fee before any work begins.
